CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Kids from all over the Coastal Bend are invited to learn all about performance arts this summer.
The Harbor Playhouse is hosting their annual Summer Theatre Camp where kids ages 6-15 can learn about acting, singing, and building props, among other things theatre-related.
"We have some of these children end up auditioning for many our shows, and they get on stage. It starts here at this camp," Camp Director Joshua Salinas said. "A lot of these campers will be the ones that show up to audition. We've gone through auditioning tips for these kids on how to audition when they come to the auditions that we have here."
Parents can enjoy a full performance at the end of each session that will show what the campers have learned. The camp lasts a week and will happen throughout the summer.
