A Justice of the Peace from Kenedy County was arrested in Robstown Thursday.

Justice Jerry Miller was stopped by Robstown police and arrested on a total of three warrants. Justice Miller had two felony warrants and one misdemeanor warrant.

One felony warrant was for assault/impeding breath or circulation of a family member and the other is for tampering with evidence.

He had a misdemeanor for family violence/assault with bodily injury of a family member.

The warrants went out a few days ago and there is an active investigation going on.

Kiii reached out to his office for comment and Justice Miller was not available.
