Nueces County Commissioners made a slight change Wednesday to the early voting schedule, extending the hours for polling places during the last week of early voting.
That means during the week of Feb. 26, polling hours will go from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. to 7a.m.-7 p.m.
The hope is that this will get more people out to the polls.
