The community of Riviera has been given the all-clear and can continue using their water like normal.
The water trouble in that community began last week when lightning damaged the water pump's computer system. The town was without useable water for about three days. They switched to a manual system to deliver water to residents.
A sample of that water was tested and cleared by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. In the meantime, the computer system is waiting for a part replacement before it is brought back online.
