Detectives are looking into a series of robberies targeting fast food restaurants in the coastal bend. The latest happening Monday morning around 2:30 at a Taco Bell on Everhart and Bonner.
Detectives say a black man in his 20s told employee's he had a weapon and demanded cash. He was able to get away with an undisclosed amount of money. No injuries were reported.
This robbery comes after a man matching the same description attempted to rob a Little Caesars Pizza on Airline and McArdle around 11 Sunday night. Detectives say the man in that robbery left the location without any money.
Detectives are also searching for an armed man they say got away with $200 dollars from a Domino's Pizza on Greenwood near SPID around 11 Saturday night.
