Corpus Christi (KIII) — A man was arrested Tuesday morning after allegedly robbing the Whataburger at the corner of Port Avenue and Baldwin Boulevard.
According to Corpus Christi police, the suspect 35-year-old Juan Barrientes got away with an undisclosed amount of money and was hiding for nearly an hour before being caught in front of Christus Spohn Memorial Hospital on Morgan Avenue.
Barrientes will be facing charges for resisting arrest and aggravated robbery.
