Have you ever wondered what the inside of a utility truck looks like?

To educate and show the public what different company vehicles look like, the Junior League of Corpus Christi hosted their inaugural Touch-A-Truck.

Several trucks and vehicles from different career fields parked at the Water's Edge Park for a behind-the-scenes look inside.

Vehicles ranging from EMS trucks to public works vehicles opened their doors for the public to see what it's like behind the wheel. Attendees could also meet the individuals who drive the vehicles and the work they do for our community.

This unique event supports the JLCC's mission to enrich the lives of families in the area. Proceeds from the four-hour gathering will be used for community outreach programs that focus on literacy and learning.

Touch-A-Truck is a free and family friendly event with food and games at a low price. It lasts from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M.
