Kimberly Davis, the co-owner of Nice Guys Auto, learned Monday that she will be spending some time behind bars.
Davis and her husband pled guilty to structuring financial transactions. Federal authorities say she and 33-year old Leroy Mitchan sold synthetic marijuana and did not report cash payments of over $10,000 to the government.
Davis was sentenced to five months prison time, five months of home confinement and then two years under supervised release. Portland real estate agent Justin Colmenero is expected in federal court Tuesday in connection to the case.
