The San Antonio man accused of killing a member of his rap group, the Hooligan Boyz, this past weekend, is being allowed to leave Nueces County and head back to Bexar County.

Christopher Garza appeared before 214th District Court Judge Jose Longoria on Wednesday, and was given permission to return home to San Antonio, where he will have to report to probation once a week and wear an ankle monitor. He will also have be accompanied by a family member when traveling around town.

Garza was arrested Saturday morning after his bandmate, 31-year old Miguel Silva, was found dead in his Embassy Suites hotel on SPID. The rap group was in town to perform Friday night at Club XS.

Garza has pasted bond, which was set at $200,000.
