ARANSAS PASS, Texas — The Aransas Pass Police Department wants you to know about a controlled burn happening today.
According to their Facebook post, the burn will be at 1,000 acres of land between F-M 1069 and Highway 35.
Officers say if you see heavy smoke in the area to not be alarmed and to drive safely when traveling around the area.
