Some engineering students at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi are hoping their hard work will get them notice by NASA.
Five students built a robot, called a Lunabot, from scratch. It will be competing with 49 other teams from around the world at NASA's fourth annual Lunabotics Mining Competition.
The Lunabot has the ability to dig and collect debris via remote control. The competition takes place at the end of the month at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Kiii News certainly wishes the team good luck.
