Vinyl records are making a comeback, and to many, they are a collectors item. 3 News reporter Anayeli Ruiz shows us why so many people from across the nation are coming down to Corpus Christi to get their hands on some old classics.

Piles and piles of records are all over one Corpus Christi home near McArdle. Over 40-thousand different albums were all once part of Wade Jones father's collection, but after his father passed away, Jones has been trying to find the records a new home. Jones' father had been collecting records since the 80's and for record collectors from all over the US, its like striking gold. One collector who found out about the record sales even flew in from Tennessee, just to see what hidden treasures he could find. Even though these records are selling for a dollar a piece, to some, the memories they hold are worth more.
