Athlete of the week is back! Our first athlete of the week this school year goes to Ben Bolt's Peter Montoya. Montoya is a do-it-all man for the Badgers football team. He plays on both sides of the football as a wide receiver and safety,Montoya is also a returner for special teams and was recognized by Max Preps as a special teams player of the game this season.. He has gained over 1000 yards in his career on varsity. Montoya also laces up the track spikes once football season is over. He competes in the 100, 200, 4 by 1, long jump and triple jump.
