CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII SPORTS) — The playoffs officially begin this week, but for the Ray Texans, they've essentially been playing playoff games for almost a month.
Ray had to win its last three games just to get into the postseason, and that's exactly what Craig Charlton's team did including a win and get in game this past Friday at Victoria West.
3Sports caught up with the Texans who say that recent stretch makes this playoff appearance all the more gratifying.
Ray will head down to the Valley Thursday to face Brownsville Pace. The bi-district game will kick off at 7 PM at Sams Stadium in Brownsville.
