CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Robstown Lady Pickers' powerlifting team received a well-deserved parade Thursday for their state championship.
The Pickers brought home the program's first title last month and had three individual state champions as well in Amanda Lopez, Jozannah Rodriguez and Illiana Cortinas. Cortinas won her second straight title, first as a junior last year and now as a senior.
