PORTLAND (KIII SPORTS) — The Gregory-Portland Wildcats rallied to knock off the Ray Texans 2-1 Friday and earn a spot in the 30-5A zone playoff next week.
G-P got the game-winning hit from RJ Cruz on a walk-off single in the bottom of the 7th. The wildcats will now face South Zone runner-up Veterans Memorial in a best-of-three series for the right to go to the playoffs.
