CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Flour Bluff Hornets might have won the district in 2019, but wound up falling short of the ultimate prize of reaching state.
The Hornets must replace eight seniors from their region final squad. Coach Angela Scott knows they'll have some growing pains, but still expects her young Hornets to make a run to the playoffs.
The high school softball season gets started on February 17th.
