Whooping cranes migrating to Canada

According to the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, they are tracking the endangered birds with the help of satellite mapping.

NUECES COUNTY, Texas — It appears South Texas whooping cranes are on the move back North for the summer. According to the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, they are tracking the endangered birds with the help of satellite mapping.

A map shows where the whooping cranes are as they migrate from the Coastal Bend to the Wood Buffalo National Park in the northern most part of the Canadian Provice of Alberta. The Wood Buffalo Park happens to be the largest national park in Canada.
