CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The City of Corpus Christi will begin the construction phase of Swantner Drive from Indiana Avenue to Texan Trail.
According to city officials, the Bond 2018 project is scheduled to begin this month and is anticipated to take about 2 years.
"This project includes the full reconstruction of the existing 2-lane roadway, with new pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA compliant curb ramps, driveways, signage, pavement markings, and lighting improvements from Indiana Avenue to Texan Trail. Additionally, both Chamberlain Street and Glazebrook Street from Swantner Drive to Reid Drive will also get new stormwater utility improvements," said city officials.
The Engineering Services Department is giving the public the opportunity to take a look at the exhibits, review important information about the upcoming project, and give public comment online.
