TODAY: Some upper level clouds will push in from west to east across south Texas. Temperatures should warm up to near 70 this afternoon. Light winds out of the northwest 10-15 mph

TONIGHT: With mostly clear skies, temperatures will fall off quickly tonight to near 48 for the overnight low. Winds will be light out of the northwest at 5-10 mph.

LOOKING AHEAD: High pressure will move from west to east through the early part of next week. We'll see an uptake in upper level clouds through Monday and Tuesday. A weak front will push through mid-week and give us a slim chance of showers Tuesday mainly east of I-37. However, afternoon temperatures look to be above normal through the first day of winter and into next weekend.
