Fatal New Year's day crash on S.P.I.D.
A 28-year old man is dead after reports he was speeding the wrong way along South Padre Island Drive near Airline Tuesday around 4:45 a.m. eventually crashing into a SUV with four people inside. Only one person from the SUV struck was taken to the hospita
