CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) — "It's my colorful side coming out to play."
Lori Edwards, a local artist, recently opened a new exhibit inside of the Harte Public Library. Her work is creative, abstract and innovative.
Edwards created sculptures for her new exhibit, but not out of clay. She used paper for structures that hang and stand out their own. In order to make the displays, she used wiring on the inside.
You can even walk through some of the paper displays.
Her new exhibit, 'Emerge' is a part of Contemporary Art Month. The works of art are on display at the Harte Public Library from April 14 through May 5.
