Corpus Christi (KIII News) — A federal judge ordered a Corpus Christi man to federal prison Tuesday after he pled guilty to credit card fraud.
38-year old Antonio Arteaga, owner of American Auto Pros on Kostoryz and Holly, received 12-months for credit card fraud and an additional 24-months for identity theft.
Police arrested Arteaga last August accusing him of stealing credit card information from many people including his clients.
Investigators searched Arteaga home and found a device used to clone credit cards.
