corpus christi (kiii news) — Judge Joe Benavides is addressing truancy, gangs, and drugs with his speech targeting 5th graders in South Texas with his "Cloud of Turbulence" presentation.
Benavides said parents need to get involved in PTA, their kids' lives, and school activities bringing the community together. His 24-school tour kicks off May 7.
