CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Jacob Salomon, 22, went before Judge David Klein during a pre-trial hearing Wednesday for charges in connection with the 2023 murder of 20-year-old Alexis Gonzales.
Gonzales was shot and killed just before midnight in February 2023 on Persimmon Street.
During Wednesday's hearing, Salomon's attorney said new evidence has come to light in a video that was taken that night.
Klein granted a deadline for the evidence to be shown on February 23rd.
The trial date is set for April 9th.
