CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Texas A&M-Corpus Christi men's basketball team is in a critical stretch of games over the final week of the regular season that could determine their postseason fate.
The Islanders have three games over a five day span, all at home beginning on Saturday. Texas A&M-CC will face Southeastern Louisiana for Homecoming, New Orleans on Monday and Incarnate Word on Wednesday.
Coach Jim Shaw's team is tied with Nicholls for the second-seed in the Southland standings, which would mean a double bye into the conference tournament semifinal. Nicholls faces conference-leader McNeese this Saturday.
