He has served five months of his 10-year prison term after being convicted of ripping off clients and now, defunct Corpus Christi attorney David Bonilla wants to come home.
Bonilla has filed a motion to serve the remainder of his time in what is called "shock probation," which would allow him to serve his time while following a strict, closely monitored probation.
