CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) — Are you looking for a job with CCISD? Now is your chance.
The district held a job fair to fill vacancies throughout the city. District officials hosted the fair at Veteran's Memorial High School to promote jobs within CCISD. Multiple schools had booths and presentations for attendees; showing everyone what is unique about their campus.
According to a CCISD, annual base salaries for teachers start at $48,503 to $65,307, depending on years of experience and level of education.
The fair was open to individuals with the following qualifications:
- Currently a Texas certified teacher
- Have completed PPR and Content Area exams and will graduate by August 15th, 2018, or have been recommended for an internship as a highly-qualified teacher through an alternative Certification Program
