Former attorney David Bonilla, 59, was convicted in 2011 for stealing more than half a million dollars from dozens of clients. He was given a probated 10-year sentence, but 3News confirmed Monday that a motion to revoke his probation has been filed.
Since his conviction, Bonilla has lost his license and was disbarred. The judge in his case could order Bonilla to serve is 10-year prison sentence. A hearing has been set for Wednesday.
