CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) — This Saturday is the last day of National Crime Victims' Rights Week and the family of Benjamin Mustafa is remembering the homicide victim on the the four year anniversary of his tragic death.
Mustafa was shot and killed in April of 2014, during an armed robbery, he was 59-years-old.
Saturday evening the Homicide Victim Support Group and family and friends gathered to spread the message that even though the husband and father is gone, he will never be forgotten.
Mustafa leaves behind six children and three grandchildren.
The group hopes the annual memorial continues to grow like it has these past four years.
