CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Nueces County Medical Examiner's Office told 3NEWS the man recovered by Corpus Christi police was 49-year-old Kurt R. Peterson.
Peterson was discovered in the water just after 12 Monday afternoon.
While details remain limited detectives with the investigation say they do not suspect foul play.
