CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Roxanne Palacios was in Judge David Klein's court for a pre-trial hearing Wednesday. Palacios is accused of causing a fatal wrong-way crash on the Harbor Bridge in November 2022.
The state told Judge Klein they have obtained new information in the case including findings from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) and surveillance video from the day of the crash.
In response, the legal team for Palacios requested more time to thoroughly review the information.
Her trial date is set for June.
