Science and History Museum celebrates Apollo 11 anniversary

The Museum offered moon-related activities and themed snacks.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History opened it's doors on Saturday and welcomed the community to celebrate Apollo 11.

Saturday marked the 50th anniversary that the U.S. landed on the moon.

The Museum offered moon related activities and themed snacks.

They also hosted guest speaker Vaughn Hunter.

He's a NASA Solar System Ambassador.

The museum closes at 5 p.m.
