CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Texas State Aquarium will host an Adopt-a-Beach event on North Beach Saturday to help to make beaches safer and more enjoyable for both visitors and wildlife.
Check in will be on the grassy lawn at the aquarium, closest to the Wildlife Rescue Center.
The beach clean-up event set to begin at 8:30 a.m. until noon.
Organizers request that participants wear closed-toed shoes, dress for the weather and bring a water bottle. Supplies will be distributed in individual kits.
